ELP uses experienced technicians to guarantee reliability and safety when using a lift or an escalator. Our technicians are responsible for carrying out regular inspections and checks to ensure the high quality of our installations.
In addition, our technicians conduct periodic inspections aimed at the safety and quality of the installations, whereby the transport systems are tested against strict industry standards.

MAINTENANCE

ELP offers flexibility in all areas. Based on the frequency of use we advise on the frequency and type of maintenance. Nevertheless, the decision and the choice of maintenance types lies with you as the client.

FAULTS

In the event of a fault report, ELP can respond quickly and efficiently due to the fact that we keep all original spare parts of all our manufactured, supplied and installed transport systems in stock. Our breakdown service is available 24 hours a day. Through close collaboration with the technical departments of our suppliers, our technicians are able to solve faults within a short period of time regardless of the type of lift or the complexity of the fault.
